Find a Missing Package That Shows As Delivered

Most packages arrive on time. Occasionally though, the tracking may show as "delivered" when you don't have your package.

Tip: Contact the carrier. Ask if they have additional information about the package's location. Make sure you have your tracking number or delivery confirmation number handy. To find contact information about your carrier go to Track Your Order.

If the tracking for your package shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, you should:

  • Check if someone else at your address has accepted it.
  • Look around the delivery location. Your package may have been left with a neighbour or in a safe place like a porch or garage.
  • Look for a notification of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your letter box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or to arrange collection of the package.
  • Contact the carrier if there's still no sign of the package.

Note: Some carriers may deliver after hours or on weekends. Delivery windows vary by carrier and location.
