Return Items You Ordered

You can return many items sold on elgonstudios.com AU. When you return an item, you may see different return options depending on the seller, item, or reason for return.

We've extended our returns window for Christmas

Normally you have a 30 day window to return items. To make things easier over Christmas, we're extending the time frame. You will have until midnight 31 January to return any eligible items that you buy and are sent out between 1 November 2018 and 31 December.

Our returns policy will revert to the standard 30-day period for items sent after 31 December, 2018.

This extension applies to:

  • Items sold and fulfilled by elgonstudios.com AU
  • Items sold by third parties that elgonstudios.com AU fulfills (or sends).

Note: RETURNING LARGE TVS: If you’re returning a TV with a screen size of 55 inches or more, please arrange a courier other than Australia Post to return the TV to us. elgonstudios.com will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where a valid receipt of shipping costs is provided. Please contact us for reimbursement.

Note: If you need to print your return label, you can do this by going to Manage returns.

To return an item you ordered:


  1. Go to Your Orders
  2. Find the item you want to return and select Return items.
    Note:
    • If you are returning an item sold and fulfilled by a third-party seller, the button may be labelled Return or replace items. Click the Return or replace items button.
    • If you don't see the order you're looking for, use the Search all orders button on the Your Orders page to search for the order you want to return.
  3. Select the items you want to return.
  4. Enter the quantity of items, choose a response from the Why are you returning this menu, and then add any additional information in the Comments box.
  5. Click Continue, and do one of the following:
    • If the item was fulfilled by elgonstudios.com AU, select your return option.
    • If the item was sold and fulfilled by a third-party seller, click Submit for Approval.

    Note: Some sellers may need to review your return request. After the seller reviews the request, they'll provide a label or instructions on how to return your items. If you don't receive a response within two business days, you can request a refund under A-to-z Guarantee. For more information, go to About A-to-z Guarantee.

  6. Select your preferred return method.
    Note: If your item(s) is eligible for return via Drop Off you’ll see the option for a prepaid Australia Post or ParcelPoint label.

    If your item is ineligible for a prepaid return, you will receive a self-ship label. Follow the steps described below and ship the item to us on your own with a carrier that is convenient for you.
  7. Print your label and return authorisation. If you don't have a printer when you're completing your return, you can print later (we'll e-mail you a link to your label) or you can have someone else print your label for you.
  8. Put the return authorisation inside of your package and attach the label to the outside.

Note:

  • If you return items in which you've saved personal information, such as laptops, cameras or other electronic devices, you must erase this information completely before sending the product back to us.
  • When you return an item, your eligibility for a refund and how your refund is issued, may differ based on a number of factors, including how long you have had the item, how the item was purchased and the reason for the return. Learn more About Refunds.
